Who we are

GR Consulting is an independent consulting firm based in Rakúsy, Slovakia, working with owner-managed companies and mid-sized businesses. Our consultants have backgrounds in operations, finance and management, with over 15 years of combined project experience across manufacturing, retail, logistics and professional services.

We keep engagements short and focused. A typical project runs 4 to 12 weeks, starts with a fixed-price assessment, and ends with a written plan and concrete next steps, not a slide deck that sits in a drawer.

We work in Slovak, English and German, on site or remotely, across Slovakia and neighboring countries.

How We Work

Simple rules we follow on every engagement.

  • Free intro call. A 30 minute conversation to see if we can help. If we cannot, we say so and where possible point you to someone who can.
  • Fixed price before any work starts. You get a written offer with scope, price and deliverables. No hourly billing surprises.
  • Weekly updates in plain language. A short written summary every week: what was done, what was found, what comes next.
  • Senior people only. The consultant you meet in the first call is the one who does the work.
  • Deliverables agreed in writing. Every project ends with documents you can use without us.
  • Follow-up after three months. We come back to check that the changes stuck. This visit is included in the project price.
